Our Story

When I was a kid, I wrote an H on everything. Whenever I was questioned, I'd say:

'H is for Hudson.'

Years later, that same H has found its way onto every loaf I bake.

What started as a habit became an obsession. I spent over a year failing at sourdough, one bad loaf after another, learning the process the hard way and refusing to quit until I got it right.

Today, I'm baking naturally leavened sourdough from scratch, focusing on long fermentation, honest ingredients, and loaves I'm proud to share.

And I'm just getting started. I'll keep learning, keep baking, and keep putting that H on every loaf that leaves my table.
